    Luciana Dias is a Professor at the Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of listed companies in Brazil and abroad.

    She is in the roaster of arbitrators of the Market Chamber (Câmara do Mercado) of the Brazilian stock exchange (B3) and of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC), and has been appointed to serve as arbitrator in several proceedings before other arbitral bodies in Brazil and abroad.

    She was a Commissioner and Market Development Officer at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM). At that time, she also represented the CVM in the Corporate Governance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development – OECD and in the OECD Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable. She also worked at law firms in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and New York.
